Our teams were more than driven to build the new MINI of Allentown, the chic new showcase for one of the world’s most unique high performance driving machines.  Daniels Mini Cooper required a highly customized design to meet the expectations of its franchise owner, as well as the discerning customers who would visit its showroom to browse some of the finest in German engineering.

The 6,800 square foot automobile showroom and vehicle maintenance building was based on an international prototype design developed by MINI, adapted for Daniels BMW and executed by OHA. From the installation of a stylish, glass curtain wall and sleek and stained concrete floor with radiant heating to the external lighting designed to illuminate each car, our teams efficiently met every construction challenge.  The project included a showroom, four offices, parts and service work stations, a training room, customer lounge and café space, as well as a covered vehicle drop-off/pick up area.
