Managing and building hotels and resorts for clientele to enjoy has been a specialty of Ondra-Huyett Associates for many years. Our attention to detail and focus on providing the best customer experience spaces is a mainstay of our business.
When our clients decide to invest capital dollars on creating entertainment, recreational and hospitality spaces there are a number of concerns that need to be addressed. Ensuring that every invested dollar is maximized, spaces are turned over when needed and the fit and finish provide the best experience possible for those utilizing the spaces.
Ondra-Huyett’s impressive list of hospitality construction projects and satisfied clients proves that we have succeeded achieving each of those goals time and time again.
Our teams are active participants in the pre-construction phases providing interim and final cost estimates along with accurate project phasing plans and schedules. Once construction begins our Project Managers and Superintendents, coupled with efficient and cost effective Trade Contractors, work together to deliver exceptional spaces capable of providing the ultimate customer experience for years to come.
