Our first commercial construction management project for the company included the demolition of existing office and small meeting space at their North American headquarters in Bethlehem. Debris was removed under strict containment procedures while our teams worked to minimize disruption to the many employees with offices just feet away from the construction site.  In its place, a new, state of the art corporate conference and meeting center featuring sophisticated lighting, audio controls and other impressive technology was created for customer and employee use.

A second project at the headquarters included the renovation of the 2,500 square foot lobby and associated corridors in a tight, three-month timeframe. The goal was to create a more inviting and contemporary atmosphere using high quality wall and floor finishes while improving the company’s security systems. Our ability to resolve issues without the usual “change order” approach and deliver the quality craftsmanship desired by the global leader earned our team high marks from the client and design partners, and has led to additional projects with the organization.
