With over 300 centers in 120 countries, Regus is a leading provider of flexible workspace ranging from sophisticated business lounges to comfortable video communication suites.  The company contracted OHA to create a presence in Saucon Valley for its latest virtual office space, and within two months, the fit out was complete.

The goal was to construct an 11,676 square foot, Class A office space in the Saucon Valley Corporate Center in cooperation with the building owner who would provide building access and utility tie-ins.  Since the three-story structure was occupied by other tenants of the realty company, it was necessary to protect the existing features including the lobby floor and wood finished walls, while minimizing any disturbance to its occupants.

Meeting the tight timeline required extensive planning and early release of long lead items to ensure materials would be available when needed.  Schedules were updated weekly using various technology including scheduling software, and coordination with the Architect and Owner who were both out of state. The complicated project ran like clockwork and within seven weeks, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, as well as carpet installation and finishes were in progress, allowing Regus personnel to begin marketing their new virtual office space.

Since that time, our team has successfully completed a second project for Regus, this time renovating an existing facility located in Berwyn, PA.

Like the project in Saucon Valley Corporate Center this building is also a Class A office building with multiple tenants and high end common areas. At this location we were tasked with expanding their tenant space as well as upgrading the existing wall coverings and flooring. The majority of the work was completed off hours so that the existing clients were not impacted which meant phasing the project 3 rooms at a time. Coordination and planning were pivotal to the overall success of this project.
